In order to provide a more professional and efficient service to international clients, the hospital formaily established the International Department in August 2011. All the staff members in the department hav relevant overseas study and/o work experience.
The department sets up the International Consulting Room as a platform, which is led by a team of international and national authoritative experts ,to provide international customers with services such as 24 hours emergency service, maternal health care ,medical treatment, physical examination, case management, etc. The department is an important window of the hospital to provide medical services to nternational cilents.

——Accompany international clients with translation and guide services through the whole treatment process in the hospital
——Provide English Ianguage medical documents, proof -of-illness documents, medication guidance, and international patients and family educatonal literature;
——Provide 24hours emergency services ,maternal health care, physical examination, well baby clinic, and case management services;
——Establishing contact with various international health insurance companies, International Chamber of Commerce ,International Medical Group and institutions ,and international business organizations.
